Dr. Jeff Gray served as a professor at The University of Alabama since 2010 and as director of the Randall Research Scholars Program since 2021.

Darren Evans-Young is the freshmen instructor for the Randall Research Scholars Program and has been teaching the freshmen class for over 30 years.

Mrs. Batson is a Randall Research Scholars Program alumna and has served as the Program Coordinator since 2004.
